You may see a lot of references to “Spoonies” on my page. A spoonie is someone who an illness, which is a term from a post by Christine Miserandino.

❤ The spoon theory has worked wonders in explaining the complexity associated with chronic illness. I just started following and look forward to seeing what you have to say! I was diagnosed with lupus over 13 years ago. Currently 29 and taking it day by day 🙂
