I draw a lot of inspiration in my life from my loved ones. Over the years, as I have battled multiple mental and chronic illnesses, I have been blessed enough to find an S.O. willing to put up with me. Whenever I’m having a hard day, he tells me ‘It’s just down season.’

This is exactly what this page is about. We all have ‘down season.’ But just like winter will pass and spring will bring new life, as summer will fade into fall, so do the seasons in our lives change.

Down season can feel like forever. But if I’ve learned nothing else in my life, I have learned that seasons change, time passes, and your circumstances will be very different a year from now.

That doesn’t mean you aren’t struggling right now. That doesn’t mean that you won’t struggle in the future.

Life is cyclical. Everything comes in waves and phases–the good and the bad.

Living Without Limits is about making the best of whatever season you are in, trusting that it will change, and working to change it to the best of your ability.

It is a message of positivity and confidence, despite the layers of mental and chronic illness. It is about living the life you want, without limits.
